Technological developments have caused the new threats to emerged and which have made it necessary to evaluate the cyberspace together with national security. This work aims to present a comprehensive analysis of both technical and political perspectives of the USA, the United Kingdom and the organizations NATO and European Union, in the cyberspace. The study built on the question of What is the Western perspective on cyberspace which is emphasized that US perspective on cyberspace has transformative effect primarily UK, NATO and the EU. Although there was an understanding of the protection of information in the cyberspace at the beginning, it is seen that the issue was handled with a more operational dimension over time. The fact the US adopts this approach among other actors after September 11 evaluates the cyberspace as new battlefield strengthens this argument.
