LÜBNAN'IN YAPAY ZEKA TABANLI SAVUNMA VE SİBER GÜVENLİK ÇAĞINDAKİ STRATEJİK KONUMU

Lübnan'ın savunma ve ulusal güvenlik sektörlerinde yapay zekâ (YZ) ve siber güvenlik teknolojilerinin uygulanması ve entegrasyonu hızla ilerlemektedir. Bu araştırma, özellikle siber savunma işlevleri ve ilgili operasyonel uygulamalar olmak üzere, YZ'nin Lübnan askeri yeteneklerini nasıl geliştirebileceğini incelemektedir. Lübnan askeri bağlamında YZ'nin mevcut ve gelecekteki kullanımlarını değerlendirerek, stratejik, operasyonel ve kurumsal etkilerini analiz etmektedir. Çalışma ayrıca, YZ destekli sistemlerin askeri etkinliği, dayanıklılığı ve tehdit azaltmayı nasıl etkilediğini inceleyerek, kaynak kısıtlı ve siyasi olarak karmaşık ortamlarda bu teknolojilerin konuşlandırılmasında yetenek açıkları ve operasyonel zorlukları belirlemektedir. Siber saldırılara, hibrit tehditlere ve asimetrik güvenlik risklerine maruz kalmanın artmasıyla karakterize edilen Lübnan'ın gelişen siber tehdit ortamına özel önem verilmektedir. Ek olarak, araştırma, etik sorunları, yönetişim ihtiyaçlarını ve kurumsal hazırlığı dikkatlice göz önünde bulundurarak, Lübnan savunma sektöründe YZ odaklı çözümlerin uygulanmasının stratejik önemini değerlendirmektedir.
