SİBERUZAYDA İNSAN HAKLARI İHLALLERİ: TÜRKİYE’DE İNTERNET SANSÜRÜ VE ÇEVRİMİÇİ GÖZETİM

İnternet sansürü son zamanlarda Türkiye'de çok tartışılan bir konu olmuştur. Bilgi toplumu çağında çevrimiçi özgürlüklerin demokrasinin ayrılmaz bir parçası olduğu bilinmektedir. Günümüzde sadece Türkiye'de değil dünyanın hemen her köşesinde çok sayıda kişi sosyal medya platformlarını ve dijital haber kanallarını TV kanalları, radyo ve yazılı medyadan oluşan geleneksel medyaya alternatif olarak kullanmaktadır. Böyle bir ortamda bilgiye ulaşabilmek için çevrimiçi özgürlükler önemlidir. Ayrıca, sosyal medya siteleri gibi çevrimiçi platformlar aracılığıyla ifade özgürlüğüne sahip olma hakkı, bireysel özgürlüklerin önemli bir yönünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'deki çevrimiçi özgürlükler alanında uygulanan kısıtlamaları ele almaya çalışmaktadır. Son yıllarda görülen dijitalleşmenin bir sonucu olarak, çevrimiçi özgürlükler konusu sadece insan hakları meselesinin değil, Türkiye'deki demokrasi
ve medya özgürlüğü tartışmalarının da kritik bir boyutunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu çalışma, internet sansürü ve gözetiminin Türkiye bağlamında demokrasi üzerindeki etkisini eleştirel bir şekilde analiz etmektedir. Bu amaçla, önemli internet sansürü vakalarından bazıları ele alınacaktır.
