Abstract

The Internet, which emerged as a product of the ideological and military competition between the United States and the Russian Federation, became a widespread civilization in the post-Cold War era. With the cyber space, which is accepted as the fifth field, the phenomenon of cyber security has become the national issues of the countries with the recent changes. In order to ensure national security in Turkey has prepared a variety of cyber security policies and action plans. In this context, cyber security studies are in progress along with legal arrangements and institutional structures. The purpose of this article is the identification of cyber space and cyber security concepts and to analyze particular by addressing the work done in terms of ensuring cyber security in Turkey. International Cyber having an important place in providing cybersecurity Security Strategy Papers and Action Plans were discussed in detail in this context Turkey's cyber security status compared to world countries were examined. In this review, issues such as trainings, legal arrangements, drills and capacity studies especially on cyber security were discussed.

Yüksek Lisans Öğrencisi, Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü- Selçuk Üniversitesi, Konya.

25 Eylül 1994 tarihinde Konya’da doğdu. 2013 yılında Selçuk Üniversitesinde bir yıl hazırlık okuduktan sonra Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümünde lisans eğitimine başladı. Son sınıf öğrencisi iken son dönemini Erasmus programı ile Polonya’da -Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Zawodowa w Koninie - tamamladı.
