Abstract
The book under review is an excellent collection of articles on the pertinent question of cyber security prevailing in contemporary times. It discusses the role of different actors specifically states regarding regulating the cyber laws. As a whole the book raises further questions regarding the global management of cyber space and human rights. The editors of the book are Joanna Kulesza and Roy Balleste who have also contributed as authors.
